Skate sessions are £7.50 adult, and £5.50 children (aged 12 and under) and concessions (except New Year).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The acceptance and presentation by the bearer of the booking confirmation to gain access to the open-air rink shall constitute acceptance by the bearer of the terms and conditions upon which Cardiff County Council (the Council) is prepared to grant the bearer access to the rink.

Your Ticketline booking confirmation is your ticket, no physical tickets will be issued, DO NOT LOSE YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION.

Conditions

1) You must arrive 30 minutes before your skate session with your booking confirmation to gain entry.

2) Children less than 8 yrs of age must be accompanied by an adult (max 2 under 8s per adult).

3) Children under the age of 3 are not allowed on the rink.

Health and Safety

1) All notices, directions or instructions issued relating to health and safety or the use of the rink shall be observed.

2) Please watch the safe skating guide on the screen in skate hire.

3) You must wear thick socks, available to purchase at skate hire.

4) No offensive weapons or item likely to cause injury or controlled drugs are allowed in the rink.

5) The Council has the right to refuse entry to or require to leave the rink any person whom the Council reasonably suspects of being in breach of these provisions or of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs or of behaving in a manner likely to cause injury to or disturb the enjoyment of others, without any form of recompense.

6) The Council accepts no liability for any damage to property or for personal injury but this exclusion will not apply to personal injury or death caused by the negligence of the Council or its employees.

7) The Skate Stewards’ decision is final on all aspects of Health and Safety.

Cancellation

1) The Council reserves the right to cancel any skating session.

2) The ice rink is open-air and subject to the weather conditions. Heavy rain, snow or high winds may make it necessary to cancel a skating session. A session will only be deemed to be cancelled if skaters are called off the ice less than 30 minutes into a session.

3) In the event of cancellation of a session due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, bookings will be transferred to a suitable alternative session through original point of purchase. Should there be no suitable alternative, refunds will be arranged through original point of purchase. Travel costs will not be reimbursed.

Data Protection

1) Photographers will be present at events. All those attending may be photographed and photographs used for publicity. Acceptance of the use of photography for publicity purposes will be given unless specifically requested not to.

2) Your details (other than financial information) may be shared by Ticketline UK with Cardiff Council for market research, statistical analysis, and so that you can be contacted with details of special offers and products that may be of interest.
