Listings editor
gair rhydd is currently looking for a Listings co-editor. The successful applicant will work with one other student to edit the Listings section of Cardiff Student Media’s award-winning student newspaper. This position will suit somebody who is reliable, organised and able to work in a team. Your spelling and grammar should be excellent and you must be able to work to deadlines. The position is open to all students. No experience is required.
You will be expected to update the listings section every week with all of the events that matter to students. You may also have the opportunity to write previews for events. Hours are flexible and editing will take up around 3-4 hours per week. In addition, you will be expected to attend meetings every Monday from 5pm – 5.45pm.

Features editor
Quench magazine is currently looking for a Features co-editor. The successful applicant will work with one other student to edit the Features section of Cardiff Student Media’s award-winning student magazine. We are looking for somebody with ideas who is reliable, pro-active and able to work in a team. Your spelling and grammar should be excellent and you must be able to work to deadlines. The position is open to all students. No experience is required.

You should also provide a brief statement explaining why you would like the position, why you think you would be a good features editor, and listing any relevant experience. You should also provide at least ten ideas for features.
